The estate was settled pursuant to an agreement for final
settlement dated December 29, 2012 which was executed by Susan
J. Wible and Sara J. Songy in their capacities as personal
representatives of the estate and trustees of the Edwin A.
Julius Trust and individually as remainder heirs under the
trust.
