PETITION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
NOW COMES,Johnson, Duffle, Stewart & Weidner, P.C., and files this Petition for Leave to
Withdraw as Counsel to Patricia K. Albert, Executrix of the Will of Lois M. Coburn, based upon the
following:
I. Petitioner is Johnson, Dine, Stewart& Weidner, P.C., a law firm with an office at 301
Market Street, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
2. Lois M. Coburn (Decedent) died on June 21, 2013.
3. Patricia K. Albert, the Executrix of Decedent's Will,engaged Petitioner to assist her in
administering Decedent's Estate,
4, Patricia K. Albert elected to complete the administration on her own and has discharged
Petitioner as her counsel.
5. On March 4, 2014, Patricia K. Albert executed a Consent to the Withdrawal of the Appearance
of Petitioner(Exhibit"A"),
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order granting
leave to Petitioner to withdraw as counsel to Patricia K. Albert as Executrix of the Will of Lois M. Coburn.
