granted Letters Testamentary to Robert C. Fulton Jr., AKA Robert C. Fulton and Sandra
L. Long who duly qualified as Executors and who agreed to administer the estate
according to law, all of which fully appears of record in my office at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
