ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the administration of my estate. GALLAS, his heirs and assigns, the boy sitting on a fence, the girl sitting on a fence, the two girls with a basket with a bottle, the two boys, and the sitting angel blowing a horn; to my son, JAMES R GALLAS, his heirs and assigns, the boy and girl with a basket with a bottle, two girls kissing, the mailman, the girl with folded hands and flowers, and the little girl sitting with an accordion; to my son, RANDY W. IITEM IX: I give, devise and bequeath my American flag to my son, JOHN M. GALLAS, his heirs and assigns. ITEM X: I give, devise and bequeath to my sons any items of personal property, other than those specifically set forth and bequeathed otherwise, as each shall choose to be valued by a method deemed appropriate by my hereinafter named Executor using sound business judgment. ITEM XH: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of Iwhatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate. ITEM XHI: I appoint JOHN M. GALLAS Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should he fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I appoint JAMES IL GALLAS Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
