AND NOW, this L% ! da of March 2014, upon review of the Petition for Hearing
Y
and Answer to Petition for Hearing and Request for Enlargement of Time, it is hereby
ORDERED that this Court's 7 March 2014 Order of Court is modified to direct that
Respondent, Thomas W. Catts, file his accounting no later than the close of business
on 15 May 2014. The accounting SHALL be filed with the Clerk of the Orphan's Court
and SHALL cover all financial transactions conducted by Respondent during the time
he acted as agent for Esther E. Catts pursuant to the Power of Attorney at issue in this
matter. Respondent is DIRECTED to serve a copy of the accounting on Petitioners'
attorney by the same date.
If Respondent fails to provide the accounting by the deadline, Petitioners may
petition the court for relief, including but not limited to a hearing and attorney's fees.
