Petition, it is hereby ordered that this Court's prior Order appointing F&M Trust as Trustee in the
above matter is again ratified. The Court notes that in light of the reduction in principle of the amount
held in trust by F&M Trust,F&M Trust's fee schedule for administration of this Trust shall be a flat
fee of$1,000.00 annually.
