MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
AND NOW comes Marielle F. Hazen, Esquire and files the within Motion to Make Rule
Absolute, and in support hereof, r•espectfully represents as follows:
1. On Febrliary 7,2014,Marielle F. Hazen,Esquire("Hazen")filed a Petition For Leave
to Withdraw ("Petition") as counsel for the Estate of Ann W. Gordon ("Estate").
2. A copy of the Petition was sent by U.S. First Class Mail to Mario R. Gordon,
Executor of the Estate ("Executor") on February 7, 2014 addressed to 11 White Birch Lane,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
3. Copies of the Petition were also mailed by U.S. First Class Mail to the beneficiaries
of the Estate: Karl Gordon at 303; 5`�,Ave.,Parkville,MD 21234 and Robert Gordon at 2612 194tn
Ave. KPS, Lakebay, WA 98349.
4. On February 14, 2014,this Honorable Court issued a Rule to Show Cause,returnable
20 days from the date of service, instructing all parties to show cause,if any exists,why the Petition
should not be granted.

5. On February 14,2014,copies of the Rule to Show Cause were mailed to the Executor
and to the Beneficiaries in accordance with Pa. R.C.P. 440(a)(2)(i) at the addresses set forth in the
Rule to Show Cause Distribution list.
6. The time for parties in interest to show cause why Hazen's Petition should not be
granted expired on March 13, 2014.
7. No objections have been filed with the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court enter its Order making the
February 14,2014 Rule absolute and granting Hazen's Petition For Leave to Withdraw as Counsel in
the above-captioned action.
