AND NOW, this W day of tU A, 2014, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that ROBERT DEAN WEIKEL and
CRYSTAL CURTIS BENNETT will apply on MAY 9T". 2014 for a marriage license and the Court
being satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby
authorized to issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions
concerning marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.

PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
1. Robert Dean Weikel who resides at 19530 N. 73`d Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308 and Crystal
Curtis Bennett who resides at 19530 N. 73`d Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308, would like to
petition the Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a marriage license.
2. The reason(s)for their request is that we live out of state in Arizona and are not able to come
to Pennsylvania for the length of time necessary to apply for the marriage license along with
the 3 day waiting period due to our work schedules. We will be arriving to Carlisle the
evening on Thursday, May 8, 2014. We will apply in person on Friday, May 9th. The wedding
is scheduled on Sunday May 11th and we will be returning to Arizona on May 12th. The
significance of the dates and location is because we both want to share this occasion with our
elderly mothers who reside in Pennsylvania, our home state.
3. The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on May 9, 2014 with the date of the
marriage being May 11, 2014. o
