WHEREAS, on the 26th day of March, 2014, the instrument dated
October 12, 1976, was admitted to probate as the Last Will of Ethel M. Baer late of
Silver Spring Township, who died on the 25th day of February, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a true copy of the will as probated is annexed hereto.
THEREFORE, I, Lisa M. Grayson, Esq., Register of Wills in and for the County of
Cumberland, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereby certify that I have this day
granted Letters Testamentary to Esther M. Conrad, FKA Esther M. Strader who duly
qualified as Executrix and who agreed to administer the estate according to law, all of
which fully appears of record in my office at Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
