KNOWALL MENBY THESE PRESENTS that we, Jay A. Smith and Mitchell Smith, being
the beneficiary of Julia Smith Estate, acknowledge that we have had and received of and from Jay A.
Smith and Mitchell Smith, Co-Executors of the Estate of the said Julia Smith, deceased, all funds due
from the said Estate as set forth in the First and Final Account.
WHEREFORE, we do, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge
the said,Jay A. Smith and Mitchell Smith,their heirs, assigns, Executors, of the duties of the trust
imposed and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever
for or by reason thereof.
