AND NOW, this 31 st day of March, 2014, upon consideration of
the Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Denise E.
Joseph on March 25, 2014, as well as the renunciation of Muryl E.
Dersin, II, filed the same day, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the
decree setting surety bond for Muryl E. Dersin, II in the amount
of $180,000 is vacated.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are
hereby issued to Denise E. Joseph. Denise E. Joseph shall have all
the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
