ITEM III: Should my wife, Ruth Ann Kuntz, predecease me or die on or before the sixtieth day following my death, I devise and bequeath the residu of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate, to my son, Richard Larry Kuntz, or his issue, per stirpes. ITEM IV: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administra- tion of my estate. ITEM V: I appoint Bendersville National Bank guardian of any proper which passes to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so. Said guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as income from time to time for the minor's education, support and welfare without regard to his or her parent's ability to provide for such education, support and welfare, or to make payment for these purposes without further responsibility to the minor or to the minor' parent, or to any person taking care of the minor.
