MUMMA,II TO MOTION IN LIMIl6F LIS o MORGAN ' -,a Robert M. Mumma, II (RMMII) has filed objections to all of the previous estate and trust accountings. Those objections are based on the inventory of the Estate of Robert M. Mumma. Simply put the stock of Pennsylvania Supply Company, High-Spec, Inc., and Lebanon Rock, Inc. was improper. The reasoning behind this position is RMMII's personal knowledge of the intentions of his father and grandfather Walter M. Mumma (WMM). It is acknowledged that Robert M. Mumma(RMM) and WMM had engaged in extensive estate planning with accountant Karl Felmeden and attorneys William Boswell and Earl Compton. WMM was the founder of Pennsylvania Supply Company, of Harrisburg (PSC). This company was WMM's legacy, built from scratch it became very successful. WMM and RMM intended that the grandchildren would inherit PSC stock and the businesses. This history can not be ignored. It describes the intentions of WMM and RMM, thus it is fundamental to deciding if the executors and trustees properly included the PSC stock( and assets) in the estate and subsequently in the trusts. It would have been far better to acknowledge that the four beneficiaries were the owners and avoid probate of this stock. Recently discovered evidence in a letter from Robert Schmidt a life insurance agent to the Equitable of Iowa Company leaves no doubt that only the four grandchildren are owners of the PSC and PSI companies. ( Exhibit L-The letter cites the intention to preclude any in-laws (including Barbara McKimmie Mumma) from becoming involved with the businesses. The executors and trustees have engaged two major Pennsylvania law firms (5c' Morgan Lewis and Bockius and Stradley Ronin Stephens and Young, and the Marston Law firm to conduct a campaign to destroy RMMII.. The purpose of this campaign is to reverse the intention of WMM and RMM that the businesses belong to the grandchildren, and convert their ownership and control to the executors and eventually the Marital trust and then Barbara McKimmie Mumma and Lisa Morgan. This "squeeze out" of RMMII has cost the Estate and Trustees over $10,000,000. It has cost each of the beneficiaries additional millions by diverting the assets they inherited from WMM. It has benefitted only the executors, trustees and attorneys. The Schmidt letter clearly defines the reasoning for the life insurance. When RMM died over$4,000,000 of insurance was available to the companies owned outright by the beneficiaries , During the Buckly hearings there was no accounting for the insurance proceeds. The Court refused to allow an inspection of the financial records of the estate or trusts. If there is nothing to hide, then there should be no reason to restrict the executors and beneficiaries from exploring my allegations based on the information contained in the Schmidt letter, and for the auditor to decide if the beneficiaries were properly served by Lisa Morgan's $10,000,000 campaign to take over their inheritance from WMM. The law firms that contrived this scheme should be removed from representing anyone in this accounting procedure. They clearly were acting against Linda and Barbara Mumma while "squeezing out" RMMII. FOR THE ABOVE REASONS the Motion should be denied. Robert M. Mumma, II pro se Box F Grantham, PA 17027 717 448 1127 VERIFICATION I, Robert M.
