AND NOW, this 7� day of April, 2014, after hearing testimony on the Petition for
Citation to File Photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of Forrest P. Hunsberger, Sr., filed
by Forrest P. Hunsberger, Jr., it is hereby DECREED that the photocopy of the document,
dated April 4, 1997, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Forrest P.
Hunsberger, Sr.
It is further DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of
$ 300,000.00 in the name of the Commonwealth. Pursuant to Cumberland County Local
Rule 359, any corporation acting as surety shall have filed in the office of the
Prothonotary, a copy of its last annual statement to the Insurance Commissioner of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
It is further DECREED that upon proper filing the Bond of Personal Representative,
Letters of Testamentary shall be granted to Forrest P. Hunsberger, Jr., who shall have all
the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
administration of this estate according to law.
