PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this _4L/L._ day of 2014, upon consideration of the
attached petition, it is decreed that a citation is awarded and directed to Sanya M. Wagner to show
cause why she should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and have a guardian of her estate and
person appointed,the hearing thereon to be held in Court Room No. �� at the Cumberland County
Courthouse in Carlisle,Pennsylvania,commencing at 3"6) o'clock .m.on
the day of 2014.
At least twenty(20)days notice of the hearing shall be given to the said Sanya M. Wagner,
the alleged incapacitated person,by personal service of a copy of the petition and citation.
