Real Estate
Real Estate-All those two(2)parcels of real estate having thereon erected a dwelling 139.900.00
house being known and numbered as 90 Oneida Road,Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The
property was acquired by William C.Zimmerman and Henrietta S.Zimmerman, husband
and wife,by deeds dated August 16, 1954 and May 22, 1956,and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office. Copies of said deeds are attached
hereto and incorporated herein. The said Henrietta S.Zimmerman died on June 4,
2009,whereupon full and complete title became vested solely in William C.Zimmerman,
the Decedent herein. The real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for
Real Estate,a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final .
settlement took place on December 17, 2013. A copy of the deed conveying said real
estate,along with a copy of the Settlement Sheet are attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The sale price of the real estate was$139,900.00.
