AND NOW, this
day of April, 2014, upon consideration of the
Petition for Grant of Letters filed by David H. Stone, Esq., It is hereby DECREED
that Letters of Administration Pendente Lite shall be granted to Petitioner,
David H. Stone, Esquire, for the Estate of Fred A. Gettys, Deceased.
The powers accompanying the Letters shall be limited to preserving the
estate. Specifically, the Administrator Pendente Lite shall act at all times in a
fiduciary manner. He is authorized to gather and liquidate assets and pay just
debts as necessary, Further, he shall not make distribution to any beneficiary.
Upon the granting of Letters Testamentary by the Register of Wills to
another party, the Letters of Administration Pendente Lite shall lapse and all
matters of the estate, including any accounting, shall be transferred to the named
personal representative.
