RANKIN, to serve as such trustee in her stead. EIGHTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated in equal shares unto two (2) of my children, namely, ANNA L. It is my express intention and I hereby declare my Will to be,that if any person or persons to whom any bequest, interest or estate is given or limited by this my Last Will and Testament, shall, in any court of law or equity or otherwise, controvert this Will, or dispute or call into question the validity hereof, or of any of the estates, limitations, powers, provisions or dispositions hereby limited or given, made or herein contained, then and in such case, the estates, gifts, bequests, interests and/or limitations to or in favor of such person or persons so controverting this Will shall cease and determine and be absolutely void to all intents and purposes whatsoever as though said person or persons never lived or existed.
