I give and bequeath five percent (5%) of my estate to the MIDDLE SPRING PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH to be used by the Music Department for the purchase of significant items for the benefit of said Music Department. It is my specific intent and desire that this gift not be invested and not used to purchase sheet music and the like. This gift is given in the memory of my beloved husband ,JOHN R. I entrust my Eastern Star Past Matron Jewel to the TRUSTEES of the FIRST COURT CHAPTER NO. 470 OES (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania) to be given to a retiring Past-Matron by the local chapter who will appreciate and wear this piece of jewelry. FOURTH. I give and bequeath the remainder of my Eastern Star Jewelry to the said TRUSTEES of FIRST COURT CHAPTER NO. 470 OES (Shippensburg Pennsylvania) to be sold to Chapter Members for the benefit of the local chapter. FIFTH. I give and bequeath any and all of my beloved husbands' Masonic jewelry in my possession at the time of my death to the TRUSTEES of MASONIC LODGE #315 to be distributed by said local lodge to the appropriate Masonic bodies and sold by said Masonic bodies to their respective members, it being my intent to benefit these Masonic bodies financially and to have said jewelry items worn by Masonic members who are entitled to wear them. SIXTH. In the event that any beneficiary of This my Last Will and Testament is under the age of twenty-five (25) years, I then give and bequeath said beneficiary's share to, and . appoint as TRUSTEE of any property which passes under this Will or otherwise, CATHY NETO and RICHARD HIRSH, of 231 Flood Street, San Francisco, California, or to the survivor of the said CATHY NETO and RICHARD HIRSH, AS CO-TRUSTEES, NEVERTHELESS,to invest and re-invest the same until the said beneficiary reaches the age of twenty-five (25) years, with the following powers in addition to those presently given by law: � 4VgTu7Pte.
