I, Wendy M. Welfley, Register of Wills and Agent for the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, do hereby certify that Transfer Inheritance Tax on the Estate of the above
decedent was paid to me on March 12, 2013 and October 15, 2013 in the amount of$18,488.09,
and that the property of the estate on which said tax was paid included, among other items,real
estate located in Cumberland County, described in the appraisement as follows: All that certain
tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
containing 15,630 square feet,having thereon erected a stone and frame dwelling house known
as 1500 Webster Drive, Carlisle, PA— See deed recorded in Cumberland County Record Book
111,page 477-Sold to Bruce B. Truxal, Jr et ux on January 23, 2013 valued at$180,000.00.
This certification is made to you in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 418,
approved July 11`h, 1923.
