ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 2nd day of March, 2005, on the motion of
Harold S. Irwin, III, Esquire, upon consideration of the Petition
for Appointment of Temporary Guardian over Nicole E. Murray, a
minor, as amended at the hearing, and following a hearing held on
today's date, Gloria J. Kautz and John A. Kautz are appointed
temporary co-guardians of the person and of the estate of Nicole E.
Murray. No bond shall be required of either guardian.
The co-guardians shall file such accounts and other
information with the Court as may be required by law.
