PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this 10h day of April, 2014, the Preliminary Decree dated April 4,
2014, is hereby amended to include the following:
UPON further consideration of the expert medical reports attached to the Petition
that Sanya M. Wagner is in a vegetative state under medical care and cannot
communicate about her physical, legal or financial affairs, the Court hereby vacates the
portion of the April 4, 2014 Preliminary Decree requiring the Orphans' Court to send out
the 20-day notice and accompanying citation.
ALL other terms of the April 4, 2014 Order shall remain in full force and effect.
