ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 7th day of March, 2014 , this being the
time and place set for a petition for the appointment of an
emergency guardian, and also a petition to adjudicate Sanya M.
Wagner an incapacitated person and appoint a guardian for her
estate and person, and following a hearing thereon, and in further
consideration of Petitioner' s Exhibit A, a letter from Dr. Ariel
Santos from Hershey Medical Center indicating that Ms . Wagner is
unable to make medical. decisions or handle any of her legal or
financial affairs, it is hereby ordered that Sanya M. Wagner is
adjudged a totally incapacitated person., and that the Petitioners,
Douglas K. Wagner and Paula M. Wagner, are appointed plenary
guardians of the estate and person of Sanya M. Wagner to serve
without bond. The guardians shall consult before acting on behalf
of Sanya M. Wagner, but the signature of one guardian shall be
sufficient to exercise the authority granted herein. The
Petitioners, Douglas K. Wagner and Paula M. Wagner, are ordered to
submit all required accountings of Sanya M. Wagner ' s estate as
required by law.
In the event that Sanya M. Wagner is determined by
certification by any medical staff that she is able to mare medical
decisions and/or handle any of her legal or financial a2fairs, 2�hi�b rn

guardianship shall cease and desist at that time.
