consideration of the within Petition to Release Funds, it is hereby ORDERED and DIRECTED
that Orrstown Bank, the Trustee of the incapacitated person's funds, is hereby authorized to
release funds from those being held in trust for the incapacitated person in the amount of
$3,621.00 payable to Countryview Estates for the incapacitated person's lot rent, and the sum of
$412.50 payable to Griffie & Associates, P.C. for attorney's fees in this matter. IT IS
FURTHER ORDERED that Orrstown Bank, as 'rrustee, is authorized to pay the annual lot rent
for the incapacitated person each January from this time forward as long as the incapacitated
person continues to reside at his current residence.
