WHEREAS, JOHN L. BOWERS AND WANDA L. BOWERS, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with TAMANINI HOMES, LLC, for the erection of a dwelling
upon a lot of land situate as follows:

Now, i'1Q�� l� , 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and /or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as
Lot 9 of Section 7 and the Re- subdivision of Lots 11 -16 of Section 1, Trindle Station, Phase 2, prepared by
Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc., recorded in Cumberland County Records at Instrument Number
201328651, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeastern side of Franklin Drive (50 feet wide) at the dividing line
between Lots No. 9 and 10 as shown on the above referred to subdivision plan; thence extending along
Franklin Drive the following Courses and distances: 1) North 29 degrees 07 minutes 55 seconds East, a
distance of 104.19 feet; 2) thence by a curve to the right having a radius of 175 feet and a chord bearing
of North 31 degrees 14 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 12.86 feet; 3) North 33 degrees 20
minutes 31 seconds East, a distance of 3.28 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots No. 8 and 9
as shown on the above references subdivision plan; thence along Lot 8 South 56 degrees 38 minutes 26
seconds East, a distance of 115.08 feet to a point at the rear of Lot No. 14; thence along Lot No. 14 South
30 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 120.10 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lots
No. 9 and 10; thence along Lot No. 10 North 56 degrees 38 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of
111.90 feet to the Point and Place of BEGINNING.
