Fasick, Deceased, hereby declares under oath that he has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of his office; the foregoing Amended Statement of Proposed Distribution is true and correct and fully discloses all agreed to adjustments and modifications to tlie First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution filed on September 7, 2012; that all known claims against the Estate have been paid in full; that to his knowledge, there are no claims now outstanding against the Estate; that all taxes presently due from the Estate have been paid; and that the grant of Letters Testamentary and the first complete advertisement thereof occurred more than four months before the foregoing Amended Statement of Proposed Distribution.
