NOW COMES, Norman J. Mundis,by and through his undersigned attorneys, and moves
for an extension of time to file objections to the First and Final Account of Evelyn G. Neway,
Executrix of the Estate of Evelyn G. Mundis,Deceased, and avers as follows:
1. Movant is Norman J. Mundis, a son of Evelyn G. Mundis, Decased, who died on
December 17, 2005.
2. On or about January 12,2006,letters of administration were granted to Evelyn G.
Neway, f(k/a Evelyn G. Wilson("Executrix").
1 Executrix is the daughter of Evelyn G. Mundis, Deceased.
4. On or about February 14, 2014, Executrix filed her first and final account with
respect to the above-referenced Estate.
5. Objections to the Account are due on or before April 22, 2014.
6. Movant and Executrix are in the process of resolving all issues with respect to the
Estate so as to eliminate any further Court involvement.
7. Therefore, Movant is seeking an extension of time of sixty (60) days, until June
21, 2014, within which to file his Objections to the Account if the parties' issues are not
resolved.

• 8. Movant's counsel conferred with Executrix's counsel regarding the filing of this
Motion and the relief requested.
9. Executrix has no objection to an extension of time of sixty (60) days for Movant
to file his Objections to the Account.
WHEREFORE, Movant Norman J. Mundis respectfully requests your Honorable Court
to enter an Order extending by sixty (60) days the time by which he may file Objections to the
First and Final Account of Evelyn G. Neway, Executrix of the Estate of Evelyn G. Mundis,
Deceased.
