publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all-�G'ills an�
Codicils by me at any time made.
ITLM I: I direct that al� rny�us� de�ts ar�u �ur.;;ru:
expenses be paid �s soon after my decease as may be practicable.
ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath the real estate
located at 1204 Church Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania to my grandson, NICHOLAS D.
MEYERS.
IT�M III: I give, devise and bequeath my property
known as Lake Meade, Lot 724, Custer Drive, East Berlin (Reading Township), Adams
County, PA to my following children and grandchildren, in equal undivided, one-fifth (1/5)
shares, as joint tenants with right of survivorship: ROBERT W. MEYERS, JACQUES D.
MEYERS, JR., NICHOLAS D. MEYERS, BRANDON MEYERS, and WHITNEY
MEYERS. The initiation fee for new owners shall be paid as an expense of my estate. All
notices, correspondence, billings, and other information pertaining to t�e i,a�ce i�ieade
property shall be sent to my son, Robert W. Meyers, 32 Andersontown Road, Mechanicsburg,
PA 17055.

ITEM IV: I give, devise and bequeath One Thousand
($1,000.00) Dollars to my long-time housekeeper and friend, Debra May, of Gardners,
Pennsylvania.
ITEM V: I give, devise and Uequeath�'ifty Thousaiid
($50,000.00) Dollars to my grandson, Brandon Meyers.
ITEM VI: I give, devise and bequeath Fifty Thousand
($50,000.00) Dollars to my granddaughter, Whitney Meyers.
ITEM VII: I give, devise and bequeath Ten Thousand
($10,000.00) Doliars to each of my great grandchiidren living at the time of my deatn. i
direct that the $10,000.00 for each great grandchild shall be placed in a trust account with
PNC Bank and that the great grandchild's parents shall be trustees of the great grandchild's
trust account. I further direct that the money in these trust accounts shall only be used for
purposes of education. If my great grandchild has not used the money for his or her
education, the balance of his or her trust account shall be paid to him or her when he or she
attains the age of twenty-five (25) years. Currently, my great grandchildren are Trent Meyers,
Roz Meyers, Drake Meyers and Cody Wirickx.
ITEM VIII: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
property and estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated,
which I may own at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my sons,
JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR. and ROBERT W. MEYERS, in equal portions, share and share
alike, subject to the following additional provisions:
A. I request and direct that the four United States Post
Offices which I own shall be treated by my sons as a single unit and not
be further divided between them. An account in Robert W. Meyers'
names should be established for direct deposit of rents from the U.S.

Pastal Service. All correspondence, lease information, etc. from the
U.S. Postal Service, Greensboro,N.C. Eastern Facilities Service Office,
Box 27497 Greensboro, N.C. 27498-1103 (phone number 336-665-
2800, fax number 338-665-2865) shall be sent to my son, Robert W.
Meyers, 32 Andersontown Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055;
B. Ownership of the farm property of approximately one
humdred (100) acres, with an address of 237 Texaco Road,
Mechanicsburg, PA, shall be subject to the following rights of the
current tenants, LLOYD and TERESA GOODYEAR and their four
children. The Goodyear family shall have the right to continue to
oc�;upy approximately one (1) acre af the farm including the farm
house, summer kitchen, garage, corn crib, and other out buildings
except the barn for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of my
death at the rent of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) per month
pl�is all utilities including the night light on the barn. All expenses of
maintaining the house and the out buildings shall be borne by the
Goadyears. All insurance on the house, barn and out buildings shall be
paid by my heirs, except that contents insurance for the house shall be
the responsibility of the Goodyears. The Goodyears shall also have the
ri�ht of access tQ the farm house over the access road from Texaco
Road and/or Konhaus Road. At the expiration of twenty (20) years
from the date of my death, provided that the Goodyears have
c�n±inuously occupied said nremises and paid rent and done
m�intenance as aforesaid, they, ar su�,h of them as may continue to be
in�ccupancy on that date, shall have the right to purchase this one (1)
acre approximate tract, and the improvements described above, at such
price as may be determined by a qualified real estate appraiser
satisfactory to the Goodyears and my heirs, and upon such other terms
as shall be reasonable and customary for the purchase of re�,1 est te in

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania at that time. The rights granted
her'ein are personal to the Goodyear family as identified herein and may
not be transferred to any other person or entity.
ITEM IX: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
sons, JACQUES D. MEYERS, JR., and ROBERT W. MEYERS, to serve as co-Executors of
my estate. No bond shall be required of any of my executors in this or any other jurisdiction.
ITEM X: All Federal, State and other death taxes
payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax
purposes, whether or not passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in
connection with such tax, shali be considered a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate and shall be paid out of the residue of my estate without apportionment or right of
reimbursement.
