IS HEREBY DECREED that the Letters of Administration d.b.n.c.t.a are hereby issued to

Michael L. Bangs, Esquire shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws
of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
