ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this��day of April 2014, upon consideration of the Motion for In-
Camera Review of Records from Cumberland County Aging and Community Services,
the Motion is DENIED. It is recognized that said records contain sensitive information
including information that would identify the person who made the report and persons
who cooperated in the investigation, and it is further noted that 35 P.S. § 10225.306
prohibits release of such information unless the Secretary of Aging of the
Commonwealth authorizes release after a determination that such a release would not
be detrimental to the safety of such persons.
The Court will keep the records under seal and will consider the information
within as evidence should this matter be litigated before the Court.
