Two Thousand($2,000.00)Dollars to East Pennsboro Ambulance Association, Enola, Pennsylvania, to use as they wish. SECTION THIIZD Residuary Estate I give, devise, and bequeath my residuary estate to my husband, heretofore named, if he should survive me for a period of thirty(30) days. If my husband should not survive me for a period of thirty(30) days, or if he should predecease me, then I give, devise, and bequeath my residuary estate to my issue, per stirpes, who survive me by thirty(30) days. If either of my sons does not survive me by thirty(30) days and has no issue, then that deceased son's share shall go to his surviving brother, or if his brother is not surviving, to his deceased brother's issue. SECTION FOURTH Administrative Provisions A. I appoint my husband, heretofore named, as my Executor. If he is unwilling or unable so to serve, I appoint my son Scott D. Waulters as my Executor. B. I authorize the Executor of my Will, with respect to all property, real and personal, in addition to the powers conferred by law, to do the following; l. retain assets 2. purchase investments 3. hold cash 4. vote and grant proxies 5. sell, exchange, or dispose of all said property 6. distribute in cash or in kind 7. delegate to agents powers over said property 8. assign or compromise claims 9. lease, manage, develop real estate 10. borrow funds 11. abandon property 12. make certain tax elections 13. receive and use employee benefits 14. invest in its own securities or common trust funds C. The Executor of my Will shall not be required to furnish any bond or other security for the faithful performance of his duties in this or in any jurisdiction. D. Any property passing under this Will to a person under 21 years of age shall be paid to his or her parent as custodian for that beneficiary under the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act of Pennsylvania or to the persons caring for or having custody of the beneficiary, or may be applied for such beneficiary's benefit by payment to such other persons, organizations or institutions as my Executor may select, and the receipt of any such payee shall be a full release therefore.
