acknowledge to have received from KAREN L. BOYER, EXECUTRIX, various paper bills
and coins itemized in the attached summary sheet from the above captioned estate, as directed
by the Testatrix.
The undersigned further agrees to refund to the Executrix any portion of the advance
distribution to which she is not properly entitled, and, to the extent of said distribution, to
indemnify and hold harmless the Executrix from any claims, charges, losses, and/or
surcharges, made against her as the Executrix and to reimburse the Estate and the Executrix
for all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any such claims, charges, losses and/or
surcharges.
And I do further authorize and direct the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division to enter
a receipt on the Audit Docket in my name, place and stead.
