NOTICE OF REMOVAL OF INSTITUTIONAL TRUSTEE AND ACCEPTANCE OF
APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR INSTITUTIONAL TRUSTEE
AND NOW COMES, Carolyn L. Acker, Co-Trustee of the John Henry Hippensteel Trust under Will,
who is represented by Steven J.Schiffman, Esquire, SERRATELLI, SCHIFFMAN & BROWN, PC, 2080
Linglestown Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110,who states as follows:
1. On May 27, 2013,John Henry Hippensteel died, leaving a Last Will and Testament that was
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Letters Testamentary were granted to Carolyn L. Acker, Executrix, on July 12, 2013.
2. Under the terms of Paragraph ITEM XV: Executors and Trustees:
(a) Initial Executor and Trustee. I appointment my daughter, CAROLYN L. ACKER,to serve as
Executor. I appoint my daughter,CAROLYN L.ACKER and ING NATIONAL TRUST to serve
as Trustees, herein collectively referred to as"Trustee".
(d) Power to Remove Trustee. Any Trustee or Co-Trustee appointed by a Trustee may be
removed by that Trustee. My daughter, CAROLYN L.ACKER, and any other individual
serving as Trustee shall have the power to remove any institutional Trustee, provided
she first appoints another institutional Trustee which accepts the appointment.
3. Carolyn L. Acker hereby appoints Edward Jones Trust Company, c/o Kim Wyatt, Esquire,
Senior Business Development Officer, 12555 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131, as the

Institutional Co-Trustee. Edward Jones Trust Company has agreed to this appointment per
the attached acknowledgement.
4. Carolyn L. Acker hereby removes ING NATIONAL TRUST as Institutional Trustee.This Notice
is being sent to ING c/o Denise Jackson, ING National Trust,Windsor,Connecticut at the e-
mail address of idenise.jackson@us.ine.com.
