WHEREAS, DALE E. HOKE AND GAIL L. HOKE, are about to execute contemporaneously
herewith a contract with TAMANINI HOMES, LLC, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land
situate as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
Now, 11 7 , 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and /or land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania known as
Lot 10 on Section 7 and the Re- subdivision of Lots 11 -16 of Section 1, Trindle Station, Phase 2, Prepared
by Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc., recorded in Cumberland County Records to Instrument No.
201328651, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeastern side of Franklin Drive (50 feet wide) at the dividing line
between Lots No. 10 and 11 on the herein above referred to Plan of Lots; thence along Franklin Drive the
following courses and distances: 1) North 20 degrees 43 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 12.07
feet to a point; 2) thence by a curve to the right having a radius of 125 feet and a length of 108.78 feet and
a chord bearing of North 4 degrees 12 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 105.38 feet to a point; 3)
thence North 29 degrees 07 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 51.46 feet to a point at the dividing
line between Lots 9 and 10; thence along Lot 9, extending through a sanitary sewer easement, South 56
degrees 38 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 111.90 feet to a point at the rear of Lot No. 12; thence
along Lot 12 South 30 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 94.16 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots No. 10 and 11; thence along Lot No. 11 South 75 degrees 26 minutes 46
seconds West, a distance of 75.92 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
