DECREE OF THE REGISTER o "' ,°,
AND NOW, this day of April, 2014, upon consideration of the
Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Stephen J. Hogg Esq., filed this date, it is
hereby DECREED that Letters of Administration Pendente Lite shall be granted
to Petitioner, Stephen J. Hogg Esq., for the Estate of Ruth A. Benfer, Deceased.
The powers accompanying the Letters shall be limited to preserving the
estate. Specifically, the Administrator Pendente Lite shall act at all times in a
fiduciary manner. He is authorized to gather and liquidate assets and pay just
debts as necessary. Further, he shall not make distribution to any beneficiary.
Upon the granting of Letters of Administration by the Register of Wills to
another party, the Letters of Administration Pendente Lite shall lapse and all
matters of the estate, including any accounting, shall be transferred to the named
persona! representative.
