And now, this 4 �, 2014, in consideration of the Petition
For Court Approval of Conveyance of Decedent's Real Property, the Court makes the
following findings and conclusions:
1. The court is satisfied that the subject conveyance is necessary and that no
creditor of the Estate of David L. Gearhart is or can be prejudiced by this Court's
approval of the subject conveyance of Decedent's real property to David L. Gearhart
Trust; and accordingly the subject conveyance is here APPROVED; and
2. In accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. §6202, the disclaimer set forth in the
Agreement and Mutual Release, and attached to the Petition as Exhibit "A", is hereby
found to be advisable to provide for Beneficiary, Barbara Ellen Gearhart, and said
disclaimer will not materially prejudice the rights of any creditors.
