WHEREAS, David L. Butcher and Laura J. Butcher of 1934 Green Street, Harrisburg, PA
17102, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract/agreement, with Trinity
Construction Group, LLC of 2701 S. Front Street, Steelton, PA 17113, for construction upon premises
commonly known as 333 North 26 Street, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
as set forth in the deed dated q) 50) ) , and recorded �a , at Instrument # O
in
the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit
"A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, ry I Y ) , 2014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract/agreement, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to
Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or
any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of improvements on said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake on the Easterly side of North 26 Street at line of land now or formerly
of Harold H. Fogelsanger and Helen Tritle Fogelsanger, of which the land herein conveyed was a
part; thence along the Easterly side of North 26 Street North 4 degrees 58 minutes West 100
feet to a stake at line of lands now or formerly of Harry M. Schelden; thence along the line of the
latter North 87 degrees East 163.4 feet to an iron pipe at the line of lands now or formerly of
John O. Border; thence along the line of the latter South 5 degrees 3 minutes East 94 feet to a
point on line of lands now or formerly of Harold H. Fogelsanger and Helen Tritle Fogelsanger;
thence along the line of the latter South 84 degrees 54 minutes West 163.45 feet to a stake on the
Easterly side of North 26 th Street, the place of BEGINNING.
