RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that We, MARK AND KRISTA SHEDLOSKY, do hereby
acknowledge that we have received of and from RICHARD W. STEWART, Executor of the Will of Anne F.
Ruggaber, late of the Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased,the following:
CASH IN THE AMOUNT of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100($200,000.00)DOLLARS
in full and complete satisfaction of the bequest made to us under ITEM V of the Decedent's Last Will and
Testament.
In consideration of receipt of same, we do hereby remise, release, exonerate and discharge the said
Executor of and from said bequest and of and from all further liability of any nature to me arising out of his
administration of said Estate and we agree to care for Anne's dog Remi as long as he lives.
