KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, JOAN E. DERV, do hereby acknowledge that I
have received of and from RICHARD W. STEWART, Executor of the Will of Anne F. Ruggaber, late of the
Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, the following:
REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 309 MANCHESTER ROAD,CAMP HILL,PENNSYLVANIA
AND PACIFIC LIFE ANNUITY
in full and complete satisfaction of the bequest made to me under ITEMS VI AND VII of the Decedent's Last Will
and Testament.
In consideration of receipt of same, I do hereby remise, release, exonerate and discharge the said
Executor of and from said bequest and of and from all further liability of any nature to me arising out of his
administration of said Estate.
