RECEIPT RELEASE and REFUNDING AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, R. WILLIAM WIRE, JR., Vice President and
Treasurer of AFR FOUNDATION INC. ("Foundation"), do hereby acknowledge that the Foundation has received
from RICHARD W. STEWART, Executor of the Will of Anne F. Ruggaber, an Informal First and Final Account
and Proposed Schedule of Distribution which shows the final amount of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED AND 321100 ($27,100.32) DOLLARS as the final amount distributable to the Foundation. The
Foundation acknowledges the receipt of transferred assets that totaled 2 MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND 57/100(2,499,79$.60)DOLLARS as prior, advanced distributions.
The Foundation waives the filing of a Formal Account with the Orphans' Court and accepts and
approves the Informal Account as stated with the same force and effect as if it had been duly filed in the Office
of the Register of Wills, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely, and the amount proposed to be distributed to the
Foundation had it been duly awarded by the Court.
In consideration of the same promise of the other legatees, the Foundation agrees to refund to the
Executor, to the extent of the distribution received, any amount to which the Foundation may not be properly
entitled, or, pro rata with the other beneficiaries, any amount which may be necessary in the future to discharge
any liabilities of the Estate or claims against the Estate which were unknown to the Executor during the period
of his administration.
Upon receipt of the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND 32/100 ($27,100.32)
DOLLARS, the Foundation remises, releases, exonerates and forever discharges thecsaid Execgrr q6al
