filed by Xenia B. Royer, for the above decedent and the instruments offered for probate as
follows:
1. The Last Will and Testament of J. William Royer, dated July 7, 2004,
2. The Codicil to the Will of J. William Royer, dated April 22, 2008,
3. The Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of J. William Royer, dated August 5, 2011, and
4. The Codicil to the Will of J. William Royer, dated December 6, 2012
The Register of Wills having given consideration thereto, has made this official
determination:
IT IS DECREED that the four instruments be admitted to probate as The Last Will and
Testament and three Codicils to the Will of J. William Royer. It is acknowledged that the last
Codicil, dated December 6, 2012 refers to the previous Codicil by the date of August 4, 2011.
This is accepted as a scrivener's error and is intended to be August 5, 2011.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Xenia B. Royer. She
shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
