SHADE, ESQUIU,�' ° Cn o � FOR EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT AS AUDITOR TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: 1. On February 12, 2014, Petitioner was appointed auditor in the above-captioned matters. 2. Petitioner promptly proceeded to review the record. 3. After extensive communications with counsel for the parties, Petitioner has directed that the parties issue any discovery that they determine that they will need by May 9, 2014. 4. These matters are substantial matters with total assets of several million dollars. 5. After full responses to any written discovery, the parties may need to take depositions. 6. It would be expected that it will require at least six months for discovery to be completed and hearings to be held.
