Cormany; Plaintiff, and sets forth causes of action against the above named Defendants, wherefore the following IS a statement: 1. Cory A. Cormany is the Plaintiff in the above captioned action and is a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Rodney Temple is the Defendant in the above captioned action and is a resident of Cumberland County, PelIDsylvania. 3. Daniel Fiber is the Defendant in the above captioned action and is a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. Cory Cormany is employed by Amerada Hess Corporation located in Cumberland COlmty, Pel11isylvania. (1) 5. Rodney Temple is employed by North Middleton Township located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 6. Daniel Fiber is employed by North Middleton Township located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 7. The Plaintiff is academically achieved through the Pemlsylvania State University, and is academical to be inclined the Pelllisylvania State University at Dickinson School of Law located in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County. 8. The Defendants are criminally achieved through the District Attorney of Pemlsylvania, and shall be academic to the inclined Pennsylvania State University at Dickinson School of Law located in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County. 9. The Honorable District Justice Paula Correal, of the Cumberland County Majestrial Court; is presided for the Common Pleas Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 10. The Honorable District Justice Susan Day, of the Cumberland County Majestrial Court; is presided for the Common Pleas Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 11. The Honorable District Justice Helen Shulenberger, of the Cumberland County Majestrial Court; is presided for the Common Pleas Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (2) 12. The Honorable District Justice Michael Plasick, of the Cumberland County Majestrial Court; is presided for the Common Pleas Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 13. The Honorable Judges of the Common Pleas Court of Cumberland County do sustain precedence for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 14. On or about October 23rd, of the year 1995, the Plaintiff did service a civil matter through the Cumberland County Sheriff Association, pursuant the North Middleton Township. 15. On or about January 10th, of the year 2005, the Plaintiff did submit to an arrest procedure through the Cumberland County Sheriff Association, pursuant the North Middleton Township. 16. On or about January 11th, of the year 2005, the Plaintiff did release a custodial agreement through the Cumberland County Sheriff Association, pursuant the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 17. On or about January 20th, of the year 2005, the Defendants did schedule an arraignment procession through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant the North Middleton Township. 18. On or about January 23rd, of the year 2005, the Plaintiff did submit to an arrest procedure through the Cumberland County Sheriff Association, pursuant the COlmnonwealth of PelIDsylvania. (3) 19. On or about January 24th, of the year 2005, the Plaintiff did release a custodial agreement through the Cumberland County Prison Society, pursuant the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 20. On or about February 2nd, of the year 2005, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did schedule a preliminary procession through the Defendants, pursuant the North Middleton Township. 21. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania reseIVes the preponderance of evidence, and the burden of proof; substantial a criminal conviction disregarded by the Defendants Rodney Temple and Daniel Fiber. 22. By reason of the aforesaid; the Plaintiff Cory Cormany has suffered emotional duress, public aImoyance and alarm, mental anguish, loss wages, imprisonment and potentially; benefits and tuition amounts costly an economical discretion. WHEREAS; Plaintiff, Cory Cormany; claims from the Defendants, Rodney Temple and Daniel Fiber; punitive and compensatory relief in an amount in excess of Ten ThoUSaIld and 00 Dollars (10,000.00), plus costs of any proceeding.
