STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Eric B. Johnson and Erica M. Johnson, husband and wife of
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Tiday Property
Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situated in Silver Spring
Township,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located on the eastern right-of-way line of Sorbie Lane(50-
foot right-of-way)at the northwest corner of Lot 98 on the hereinafter referenced Plan;thence along
the northern boundary line of Lot 98, North 53 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of
189.71 feet to a point on the western boundary line of land now or formerly of Geraldine F.Howard;
thence along land of Howard,North 36 degrees 16 minutes 43 seconds West,a distance of 97.89 feet
to a point at the southeast corner of Lot 96;thence along the southern boundary line of Lot 96,South
53 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds West, a distance of 155.83 feet to a point along Sorbie Lane;
thence along Sorbie Lane, South 25 degrees 37 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 1.7.45 feet to
a point;thence continuing along the same,by a curve to the right having a radius of 225.00 feet and
an arc length of 82.36 feet to a point;thence continuing along the same,South 04 degrees 38 minutes
44 seconds East, a distance of 5.10 feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.

IV, recorded July 20 2012, in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Instrument
Number 201221674, 'and CONTAINING 16,520.60 square feet or 0.3793 acres.
NOW; the 2 r�day Y of May, 2014, at the time of and immediate) before the

execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Eric B.
Johnson and Erica M: Johnson, husband and wife to the said Tiday Property Management,LLC, a
Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Tiday Property
Management,LLC,a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Tiday Property Management, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company paid by
Eric B. Johnson and Erica M. Johnson, husband and wife it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building ly the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
