NOW COMES the Borough of Mechanicsburg Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its attorney Lisa Marie Coyne, Esquire, and files the within claim
for charges assessed with respect to sewer and /or refuse rates against above
named owner or owners and against the hereinafter described real estate as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1. This claim is filed by the Borough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed owner of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under which the sewer and/or refuse rates were changed
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. § 2231,
as amended.
4. Plaintiff has made demands for payment for services; however,
Defendant(s) have not made payments for the services provided.
5. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923
P.L. 207, Section 9, et seq., 53P.S. §7143, as amended. � ���
6. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is:

7. This claim has not been the subject of any previous claim and judgment
in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County for sewer and/or
refuse charges.
8. The total amount of the charges for which this claim is filed is
two hundred eighty dollars and fifty cents ($280.50), plus
costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
9. The time period for which these charges are filed is October 1, 2012 to
June 30, 2013 on Sewer and Refuse Account 7347-0.
WHEREFORE, Claimant requests that a Municipal Lien be entered in its
favor and against the Defendant in the amount of two hundred eighty dollars and
fifty cents ($280.50), plus cost and reasonable attorney's fees.

March 27, 1987 in the aforesaid Office at Miscellaneous Book 331, Page 933; and further by

April 18, 1988 in the aforesaid Office at Miscellaneous Book 348, Page 838;and further
amended by Sixth Amendment to Declaration of Condominium, dated October 12, 1988 and
recorded October 13, 1988 in the aforesaid Office at Miscellaneous Book 355,page 1084;and
further amended by Seventh Amendment to Declaration of Condominium, dated June 1, 1989
and recorded June 2, 1989 in the aforesaid Office at Miscellaneous Book 364, Page 1060; and
further amended by Eighth Amendment to Declaration of Condominium, dated June 20, 1989

BEING designated as Unit No. 917 with a proportionate undivided interest in the Common
Elements of such Condominium as set forth in such Declaration as so amended and as further
amended by any further amendments thereto hereafter recorded in the aforesaid Office.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to any and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights of way,
easements and agreements of record, including, but not limited to, those contained in the

County, Pennsylvania in Book 270,page 196, granted and conveyed unto Rachel R. Rader,
single person, the Grantor herein.
Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters, watercourses,
rights, liberties, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining;and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof, And Also all the estate, right, title, interest,
use,possession,property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in
equity, or, in and to the premises herein described and everypart and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To Have And To Hold all and singular the premises herein described together
with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Grantees and the Grantees'proper use and
benefit forever.
And the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will Specially
Warrant and Defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby
conveyed, against the Grantors and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim the
same.
In all references herein to any parties,persons, entities or corporations, the use of any
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender
or number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name or
general reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words
"heirs, executors, administrators,personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns"has
been inserted after each and every such designation.
