AND NOW,comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire,
and files the following municipal claim against Susan M. Getz owning property located at 1365
Shuman Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015. Susan M. Getz is the owner of all that certain lot
of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land sitaute in the Township of Monroe,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, according to a survey
prepared by Stephen G. Fisher,P.L.S., entitled Final Subdivision Plan for L. Donald
Knisely and Carol G.Knisely, dated August 25, 1997, last revised on November 18, 1997
and recorded on December 1, 1997, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cumberland County in Plan Book 75, Page 140,being bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the centerline of Shuman Drive at the
northwest corner of Lot No. 9 on the above-mentioned subdivision plan;thence North 66
degrees 47 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 175.00 feet to a P.K. nail set in the
centerline of Shuman Drive at the dividing line between Lot No. 9 and Lot No. 8 of the
above-mentioned plan;thence continuing along said dividing line and passing through an
iron pin set South 23 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds East a distance of 494.65 feet to an
iron pin set at corner of Lot No. 8 and Lot No. 9 of the above-mentioned plan;thence
South 67 degrees 25 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 338.22 feet to a corner of
lands now or formerly of Raymond E. Diehl; thence along said lands of Diehl and
passing through an iron pin set North 04 degrees 49 minutes 01 seconds West a distance
of 517.29 feet to a railroad spike set in the centerline of Shuman Drive,the point and
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING a net area 2.803 acres.

UNDER AND SUBJECT,NEVERTHELESS,to all restrictions, building and
set-back lines as recorded on the above-mentioned plan.
SUBJECT,HOWEVER,to such easements, restrictions and conditions that
may apply to the afore-described tract of land,recorded or unrecorded.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which L. Donald Knisely,by and through his
Attorney-in-Fact, Carol G. Knisley, and Carol G.Knisley,husband and wife, by Deed
dated December 18, 1997 and recorded December 19, 1997 at the Recorder of Deeds
Office in Cumberland County,Pennsylvania, in Book 169, Page 702, granted and
conveyed unto Susan M. Getz, single woman.

Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and
Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer
rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as
a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to
be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's
sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including,but
not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township
Ordinance No. 99-6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township
,Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from January 1, 2014 through March 31,
2014, which services total is in the amount of six hundred twenty-seven and 00/100 ($627.00)
dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the
date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount
of ten(10%)percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal
lien is claimed against the above-described real property and premises in accordance with the
Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended(Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens).

Dear Ms. Getz:
I am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer
account#1260 for real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 1365
Shuman Road, Carlisle, PA. This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice,
same being, dated February 15, 2014, the delinquency is in the amount of$658.00.
The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past
due account:
A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within
ten (10)days of the date of this letter;
B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a
minimum of$100.00 per month on account of the arrears and
required to keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The
Agreement must be finalized within ten (10)days of the date of this
letter;
C. The lien/sheriff's sale process will immediately commence if there
is no communication from the owner to set up and complete either
option A or B within ten (10)days of the date of this letter.
Option C will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's
fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be
assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be
avoided by you making payment in full or executing a Payment Agreement within ten
(10)days of date of this letter.
