YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Auditor,Anthony L�'DeLuca, o �
Esquire,appointed by the Court has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday,June 24, 2014
beginning at 10:00 A.M. and continuing until 4:30 P.M. on that date in the
Courtroom of the Old Cumberland County Courthouse,second floor, corner of High
and Hanover Streets, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. If not completed on that date,the
hearing will commence again at 9:00 A.M on Wednesday,June 25, 2014 and
continue to 4:30 P.M on that date.The hearing shall continue for a third day, if
necessary, on Thursday,June 26, 2014, commencing at 9:OOA.M and continuing to
4:30P.M.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear testimony regarding the objections of
Robert M. Mumma, II to Account of Marital Trust for period July 18, 2010 to
December 31, Z012, and accompanying Petition for adjudication filed by Lisa M.
Morgan,Trustee, on September 6, 2013,and Objections of Robert M. Mumma, II to
account of residuary trust for period July 18, 2010 to December 31, 2012,and
accompanying Petition for adjudication filed by Lisa M. Morgan,Trustee on
September 6, 2013.
