No. fYJ-- q~J- 4 MLf) SECHRIST CONSTRUCTION, INC. Contractor WHEREAS, Sechrist Construction, Inc., a corporation with its principal place of business at 804 Darla Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract for installation and construction of a residential dwelling upon land situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of South View Drive, said point being on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 63 and 64 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the western dedicated right-of-way line of South View Drive South 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds West, one hundred twenty three and zero one hundredths (123.00) feet to a point; thence continuing along same on a curve to the right, having a radius of twelve point zero one hundredths (12.00) feet, an arc length of eighteen and eighty-five one hundredths (18.85) feet to a point on the eastern dedicated right-of-way line of Morning Star Drive; thence continuing along same North 47 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds West, one hundred forty-eight and zero one hundredths (148.00) feet to a point; thence North 42 degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East, one hundred thirty-five and zero one hundredths (135.00) feet to a point on a dividing line between Lot Nos. 63 and 64 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said boundary line South 47 degrees 27 minutes 21 seconds East, one hundred sixty and zero one hundredths (160.00) feet to a point on the western dedicated right-of-way line of South View Drive, the place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot No. 64, in Section II - Phase V, Final Subdivision Plan of Meadowview Estates, said plan being recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 87, page 52. NOW, February / 7 , 2005, before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Sechrist Construction, Inc., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said residence or the property by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and construction of said residence, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
