hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
ANDREW SHOEMAKER and BEVERLY HAULMAN
321 Union Hall Rd., Carlisle, PA
hereinafter referred to as Owner,
Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot
of ground situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more particularly set
forth in Cumberland County Deed Book 264, Page 2603.
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien,
shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Township of North Middleton, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point along the Union Hall School House Road leading from the
Waggoner's Gap Road to the McClure's Gap Road, which point is at the comer of lands
now or formerly of Benjamin R. and Viola M. Robinson; thence in an easterly direction
along the said Union Hall School House Road, 18111i feet to an iron pin at the comer of
lands now or formerly of Mrs. Roy Weaver; thence in a northerly direction along said last
named lands, 493 feet to an iron pin; thence in a westerly direction along lands of same,
181112 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Benjamin R. and Viola M. Robinson;
thence in a southerly direction al-ong said lands, 513Yz feet to a point on the Union Hall
School House Road, the place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises as correctly set forth in Cumberland County Deed Book 206, Page
1080.

The current deed recorded in Cumberland County Deed Book 264, page 2607 incorrectly
describes the subject property as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of North Middleton, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point along the Union Hall School House Road leading from the
Waggoner's Gap Road to the McClure's Gap Road at the corner of lands now or fonnerly
of Ray Horn; thence in a northerly direction along said lands now or formerly of Horn, 534
feet to a point in line oflands now or formerly of MIs. Roy Weaver; thence along said lands
in an easterly direction, 181 Y2 feet to a point at line oflands now or formerly of Grantors;
thence along said lands in a southerly direction 513~ feet to a point on the Union Hall
School House Road; thence along said Union Hall School House Road in a westerly
direction, 181 Y2 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
