FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made as of this �`�` day of /4 P�`'�l 2014,
by and between Sheldon E, 13air as ExPcutor�nd Sheldon E. Bair as beneficiary.
WHEREAS,Ann E. Bair, late of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, �
Pennsylvania, died on September 30, 2010, testate; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were issued on October 6,2010, to Sheldon E.
Bair, where they remain of record at File No. 21-10-1010; and
WHEREAS, a Pennsylvania lnheritance Tax Return was filed with the Register
of Wills Office, as Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on behalf of the Estate
of Ann E. Bair; and
WHEREAS, all Pennsylvania inheritance tax was paid in full and clearance from
the Department of Revenue has been received; and
WHEREAS, any and all autstanding cbligations of the estate have been paid in
full by the Executor; and
WHEREAS,the party hereto is the only party in interest in the Estate of Ann E.
Bair and desires that administration of the estate be completed without a formal
accounting.

release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said Sheldon E. Bair, Executor, his heirs and
assigns, of and from the payment of any other or further sum in satisfaction and payment
of his share of the Estate of the said Decedent, and of and from all actions, suits, claims,
duties and demands whatsoever arising therefrom. The undersigned further agrees to
indemnify the said Sheldon E. Bair, Executor, and to hold him harmless from any claims
or demands presented against the Estate of the said Decedent subsequent to the execution
of this _R_elease, including, �ut not limited to, any federal, state ar local income taxes,
transfer inheritance, estate or death taxes,together with any interest or penalties thereon
and together with any costs, expenses and counsel fees associated therewith, if any.
The undersigned agrees that he shall be firmly bound unto Sheldon E. Bair
Executor of the Estate of Ann E. Bair and/or to CGA Law Firm, Attorneys for the Estate
of Ann E. Bair, for the amount of any claims or demands presented against the Estate as
set forth above, which agreement shall be deemed to be in the nature of a refunding
agreement or bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the
undersigned has executed this Release as of the date set forth above.
